Dispatch Condition

1.    Order processing

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Our published delivery information currently states that orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days.

Processing may take longer during busy periods, promotions, stock checks, verification procedures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

2.   Dispatch confirmation

Once an order has been prepared and handed to the delivery carrier, a dispatch confirmation may be sent using the contact details supplied with the order. Where a tracked service is used, tracking information will normally be provided when available.

3.   Dispatch cut-off times

We do not guarantee same-day dispatch unless a specific service and cut-off time are clearly stated at checkout or confirmed by us in writing. Orders placed after a stated cut-off, on weekends or on bank holidays will be treated as received on the next applicable business day.

4.   Product availability and verification

All orders are subject to stock availability and any verification required for the products ordered. Certain professional-use products may require evidence of relevant training, qualification or other information before dispatch. If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be verified, we may contact you before dispatch and, where appropriate, offer an alternative, partial dispatch, cancellation or refund.

5.   Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, postcode, recipient name and contact information. Please check these details carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we may be unable to change or redirect the delivery address.

6.   Incorrect or incomplete addresses

If a parcel is delayed, returned or cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery charges may apply before the order is sent again, where permitted by law. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied by the customer.

7.   Delivery services and times

Available delivery services, charges and estimated delivery times are shown on the website or at checkout where applicable. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated. Weekends, bank holidays, courier disruption, adverse weather, customs procedures and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

8.   Tracking and delivery attempts

Where tracking is available, customers should monitor the carrier’s tracking information and make reasonable arrangements to receive the parcel. The carrier may make delivery attempts, leave instructions, deliver to an authorised safe place or collection point where the selected service permits, or return the parcel if delivery cannot be completed.

9.   Missed, refused or uncollected deliveries

If a delivery is missed, refused or not collected within the carrier’s permitted collection period, the parcel may be returned to us. Where a further dispatch is requested and the failed delivery was not caused by us, additional shipping charges may apply where legally permitted. Products with specific storage requirements may not be suitable for redispatch after an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

10. Temperature-sensitive and storage-sensitive products

Some aesthetic, cosmetic or professional products may have specific temperature, light, handling or storage requirements. Customers must ensure that an authorised person is available to receive such products where necessary and must place them into the manufacturer’s recommended storage conditions promptly after delivery. Do not leave sensitive products unattended, in unsuitable temperatures or uncollected for extended periods.

11.  Damaged parcels

Please inspect the parcel promptly when it arrives. If the outer packaging or contents appear damaged, photograph the parcel, shipping label, internal packaging and affected products before disposing of anything. Contact us as soon as possible. Our customer information asks customers to report delivery damage or order discrepancies within 24 hours where possible so that courier claims can be investigated promptly. This reporting request does not remove statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.

12.  Incorrect or missing items

If your parcel contains the wrong item or an item is missing, contact us promptly with your order number and details of the issue. Please do not open or use an incorrectly supplied product unnecessarily. We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue before arranging the appropriate resolution.

13.  Split shipments

Where necessary, an order may be dispatched in more than one parcel. If this happens, tracking details may be issued separately. A partial delivery does not necessarily mean that the remaining items are missing.

14.  International dispatch

International dispatch is available only to supported destinations and is subject to product, carrier and destination restrictions. The customer is responsible for checking whether ordered products may legally be imported, possessed and used in the destination country. Customs clearance, import duties, taxes and local charges may apply and are normally the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.

15.  Customs delays and rejected international parcels

International parcels may be inspected or delayed by customs or other authorities. Cosmetics Aesthetic cannot control customs processing times. If a parcel is rejected, abandoned or returned because the customer did not meet import requirements, pay applicable charges or provide information requested by local authorities, any refund or redispatch will be considered in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy and applicable law.

16.  Events outside our control

We are not responsible for dispatch or delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, carrier network failures, industrial action, customs action, public emergencies or other force majeure events. Where an order is materially affected, we will take reasonable steps to communicate available options.

17.  Relationship with our other policies

These Dispatch Conditions should be read together with the Cosmetics Aesthetic Terms & Conditions, Refund & Returns Policy and any delivery information displayed at checkout. If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied, your applicable statutory rights are not excluded by these dispatch conditions.
