- If the product is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs.
- Products that COSMETICSAESTHETIC MEDICAL LIMITED consents or directs in writing to be returned should be returned by the Customer to COSMETICSAESTHETIC MEDICAL LIMITED or any other destination specified by COSMETICSAESTHETIC MEDICAL LIMITED.

We may request photographic evidence of any issue. The Product should not be returned until you have received further instructions from us.
